We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Janitor based in the San Dimas office.
The Janitor will be responsible for taking care of the buildings and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the In-N-Out Burger facility and warehouse. This includes cleaning and maintaining the offices, lunchrooms, restrooms, and exterior of the warehouse building and corporate offices.
General Responsibilities
  • Clean designated building areas, by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist with the set-up of events within the warehouse and corporate offices.
  • Document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs; Adjust and minor repairs.
  • Cooperate with the warehouse staff; carry out duties in a friendly manner.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Work Schedule and Benefits
  • Sunday - Thursday: 4:30pm-1:00am (Off Friday & Saturday) (Subject to change based on business needs)
  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Some weekend and holiday shifts will be required.
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime.
  • May have to cover other shifts on occasion.

  • Pay Range is: $20.75 - $24.50 per hour

Qualifications for INO associates
  • A valid California driver's license is required
  • In-N-Out Burger Store experience: Must have worked in the Stores 1 year minimum
  • Cleanup store experience preferred

Qualifications for external candidates
  • Minimum 2+ years proven work experience as a Janitor, Custodian, or in Sanitation preferred
  • Janitor or Sanitation experience at a warehouse facility or distribution center would be a plus
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Strong interpersonal skills; friendly and professional
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive manner
  • Self-starter and ability to work autonomously and independently; Integrity
  • Pride in your work and a desire for cleanliness and organization
  • High school degree or GED
