Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial and building maintenance services in the Seattle and Bellevue area. We are committed to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are currently seeking three dependable Full-Time Night Janitors to join our team in floating positions, supporting commercial buildings across Seattle and Bellevue. Responsibilities
  • Provide janitorial services at assigned commercial buildings throughout Seattle and Bellevue, with work locations varying by shift based on operational needs
  • Clean and maintain offices, common areas, and other interior spaces to company standards
  • Sanitize and restock restrooms
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash from designated areas
  • Ensure consistent janitorial coverage across multiple client locations
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, safely and effectively
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain a professional environment
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
