Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is a growing manufacturer of dietary supplements, focused on reliable operations and strong internal systems. They are seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for hardware, networks, and users across their facility.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Windows systems and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, labeling machines, and other devices
• Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and access
• Assist with network setup and troubleshooting (LAN, routers, switches)
• Perform basic network cabling and device connections
• Support warehouse and production equipment (tablets, scanners, terminals, weighing systems)
• Install and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Help users with technical issues and basic training
