This position requires exceptional leadership capabilities to manage a team, foster collaboration with stakeholders across procurement, hardware, architecture, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will lead by example, implementing best practices in software and hardware asset management and lifecycle activities while driving compliance, optimizing license management, and building an accurate, reliable record of software assets to meet industry standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of analysts responsible for the ITAM program.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow SAM/HAM Pro or similar ITAM tools, including configuration and reporting.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans, policies, and procedural documentation.
  • Ability to present complex technical data to senior leadership clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
