  • Have experience conducting leak or pressure testing.
  • Can read technical drawings, equipment specifications, and service manuals.
  • Are comfortable working both in a repair shop and at customer facilities.
  • Can travel, work overtime, and occasionally stay overnight when projects require it.
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, disassemble, clean, repair, reassemble, and test industrial isolation valves.
  • Service ball, gate, globe, and butterfly valves and related equipment.

  • Inspect, repair, and test electric and mechanical valve actuators.
  • Perform leak, pressure, and functional testing according to applicable procedures and specifications.
  • Evaluate damaged or worn components and determine the parts and repairs required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, specifications, and repair instructions.
  • Prepare parts lists and coordinate repair requirements with internal teams.
  • Complete detailed service reports documenting as-found conditions, failure causes, work performed, parts used, and testing results.
  • Communicate repair findings and technical information clearly to customers.
  • Participate in shop repairs and field service assignments independently or as part of a larger team.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, service records, and assigned computer equipment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and customer-site requirements.
  • Assist with sandblasting, painting, and equipment preparation when needed.
Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with limited daily supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, or industrial processing environments.
  • Experience with ball, gate, globe, and butterfly valves.
  • Experience servicing electric actuators or motor-operated valves.
  • Precision millwright or electrical experience.
  • Familiarity with pressure relief valves, control valves, regulators, or industrial instrumentation.
Physical and Work Requirements
