A beautiful, modern private dental practice in San Clemente is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who can confidently manage all aspects of the front office while creating an exceptional patient experience.

Practice Hours:
Monday: 8-5
Tuesday: 8-4
Wednesday: 8-5
Thursday: 8-4
Friday: 8-4



Front Office Responsibilities Include:
• Patient scheduling and confirmation management
• Insurance verification and breakdowns
• Treatment coordination and financial arrangements
• Answering phones and patient communication
• Managing recalls and reactivation
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting payments and posting transactions
• Maintaining daily schedule flow
• Creating a positive patient experience from start to finish

Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years dental front office experience preferred
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge
• Experience with treatment coordination preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software and digital workflows preferred
• Positive attitude and patient-focused mindset
