Located in the heartof Santa Fe, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi fuses Southwestern style withfive-star elegance and service. We are looking for professional fine dining servers to provide high quality service.
* To work independently in a lead position and provide food and beverage service according to standards
* Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork
* Ensure all necessary pre-shift/post-shift side work is completed daily
* Perform other assigned duties with the highest quality of standards
Previous proven restaurant experience is required. Previous fine dining experience is strongly recommended.
Requirements and Skills

• Must have a valid/current Food Handler Certificate
• Must have a valid/current Alcohol Server Permit
• Excellent communication skills
