Job Description:
As an International Tax Senior Associate you will have the opportunity to work on a vast array of engagements, serving a diverse multinational client base. Our client base includes U.S. companies doing business outside the U.S., as well as foreign companies operating in the U.S. As part of the International Tax Services team, you will be assisting with the preparation and review of the international component of U.S. tax returns. You will be working closely with senior International Tax Services team members, as well as our international affiliates. You will have the opportunity to bring value added solutions to clients through optimizing foreign tax credit positions, analyzing U.S. and foreign implications of potential international repatriation and expansion strategies, and consulting related to tax efficient ownership structures. In addition, this position will provide the opportunity to display research and writing skills in the preparation of consulting memorandums.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting required
  • 3+ years of full-time experience with some exposure to international tax concepts including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credit calculations and international reporting and compliance.
  • CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required
  • Master's in Accounting or Taxation is preferred
  • Effective writing and interpersonal skills; and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, robust analytical skills, innovative thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to supervise newer staff
  • Prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Flexible to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels

This position operates in a hybrid work environment that balances remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration
This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,700.00 - $144,000.00 per year.This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office.
