The Opportunity

You will lead high-end residential interior design projects, turning client visions into fully realized, beautiful spaces. This role offers the perfect blend of creative autonomy and strategic execution, allowing you to drive material selections and detailed specifications for top-tier residential work. You will join a supportive, growth-oriented team dedicated to precision, craftsmanship, and design excellence.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Deliver innovative, high-end creative design solutions tailored to residential client preferences.
  • Guide clients through material selections, finishes, and design details to build confidence and alignment.
  • Write comprehensive material specifications and pricing data to ensure production clarity and accurate internal audits.
  • Manage specification data seamlessly within BuilderTrend to facilitate smooth project handoffs.
  • Conduct key design phase meetings, job site check-ins, and team syncs across Metro Atlanta.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional residential interior design experience.
  • Proven track record of selecting materials, writing exact specifications, and managing project pricing.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing software for project documentation and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to travel within the Metro Atlanta area for client meetings and job site visits.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in Chief Architect or other CAD design software programs.
  • NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) Certification or equivalent
  • Associate degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Background working in luxury residential modeling and custom home renovations.
