Job description

US Hospitality is looking for individuals that are career minded, organized and detail oriented. These individuals must be willing to take on several operational tasks and functions. This position(s) will be accountable to support departmental needs via a variety of data and informational based responsibilities to facilitate progression of projects. This position(s) will support Project Management, Interior Design, and Business Development departments. Currently, we anticipate the role to be 70-80% Project Management related. However, this may vary.


Typical tasks may include (not limited to):

Developing Project Budgets in Excel and FFEZ Software

Creating Purchasing Documents

Submitting and Tracking purchasing documents while providing updates to Clients.

Verifying measurements and space planning in AutoCAD and PDF

Developing Drawings in AutoCAD

Developing Specifications and Submittal Documents

Visiting project sites to gather measurements, photos, and other details


Requirements:

* Advanced in AutoCAD and design experience

* Expert in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL

* Associates in Interior Design/ Drafting or equivalent experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Motivated; self-starter

* Experience working in the following industries a plus: Procurement, Purchasing, Lodging or Hotels, Construction (remodels, renovation, new builds), Transportation or Logistics.
