• Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable objectives to track progress.
• Engage effectively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and coordinate care.
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring clear communication of clients’ mental health status.

• Utilize telehealth platforms proficiently, ensuring a seamless, effective therapy experience for clients, even in a digital setting.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in addressing varied mental health concerns.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health models.
• Experience in community mental health settings or crisis intervention is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
