Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Insurance Clerk (1.0 FTE) to join the Business Office. The Insurance Clerk is responsible processing billing claims (governmental, non-governmental and private pay), as well as resolving any billing questions and concerns for patients. A typical day involves juggling a variety of duties while putting the needs of patients first

The successful applicant must understand the basic and major medical coverage plans, such as the Fee-for-Service Plans, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's), Point-of-Service Plans (PPO's), as well as Medicare and Medicaid in a RHC/CAH setting. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values. .
