As a Mental Health Counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with varying degrees of mental health challenges. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of strong therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of therapeutic principles, showing empathy and compassion towards clients’ challenges and experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively balance therapy sessions and necessary documentation duties.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferably within a community health context, enhancing the capacity to relate to a diverse client base.
