Commercial Insurance Sales Producer
Florida | Remote | Full-time
NavSav Insurance is seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to build and grow a new book of business in the Florida market.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a producer who enjoys prospecting, developing relationships, and creating a client portfolio from scratch. You'll have access to multiple A-rated carriers, dedicated account-management support, competitive base compensation, and uncapped commission potential.
Candidates who have a portable book of business they are authorized to transition are also encouraged to apply. We can offer significantly more flexibility in the overall compensation package based on the book's size, quality, retention history, and revenue.
What You'll Do
  • Build a commercial insurance book through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and centers of influence
  • Develop long-term relationships with business owners throughout the Florida market
  • Conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps, risks, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Recommend commercial insurance solutions aligned with each client's needs
  • Partner with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to prepare submissions, obtain quotes, bind coverage, and service clients
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow NavSav's established sales processes
  • Meet monthly production goals while delivering a responsive client experience
  • Develop referral relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, accountants, and other community partners

What We're Looking For
  • Active Florida Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Two or more years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Confident self-starter who can work independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to pass a background check
