Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $31,200.00. We would expect you to earn $50,000.00 your first year with base + commission, and our top earners made $70,000.00 in their first year with base + commission.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.

Requirements
  • A Property and Casualty license is preferred; licensing assistance is available a license assistance will be provided
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, is beneficial.
