Insulation Installer / Construction Technician– Job Summary

$22-$25 per hour | Full-Time | Growth Opportunities | Paid Time Off

Work Location: On the road throughout Bergen County and surrounding areas

This is an opportunity to join a growing local business with significant opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer and Crew Lead. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, solving problems, and taking pride in quality work. What You'll Do

  • Install insulation products, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam
  • Perform air sealing to improve home energy efficiency
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
  • Safely operate equipment and tools
  • Work in attics, crawlspaces, garages, basements, and other areas of residential homes
  • Keep job sites clean and organized
  • Work closely with teammates to complete projects on schedule
  • Deliver a positive experience for homeowners
  • Follow safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working with their hands and using tools
  • Physically able to bend, climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
