Stryten Energy operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township.  We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base. As an essential business we continue to thrive during this economic downturn, and we are expanding our teams. 

Mold Hanger / Manufacturing / Injection Molding

Starting Pay: $23.00/hour + Shift Differential

What You'll Do

  • Perform complete mold changes from start to finish
  • Prepare, change, and maintain injection molds
  • Change and clean injection molding machine hoppers
  • Identify and tag machines or molds requiring repairs
  • Communicate daily with supervisors, lead setup personnel, and management
  • Keep your work area and equipment organized and professional
  • Assist with special projects and continuous improvement activities
  • Support the team wherever needed to keep production moving safely and efficiently
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety minded, and comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic injection molding practices
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic understanding of electrical principles
  • problem-solving skills
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts 
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
