Full-time Injection Molding Process Technician needed in Easton, PA. 2 years Plastic Injection Molding experience. Competitive salary and full benefits package offered. No visa sponsorship available. 2nd shift hours 2:30 pm - 11:15 pm (45 mins OT per day) 3rd shift hours - 10:30 pm - 7:15 am ( 45 min OT per day) This is a full-time, on-site Injection Molding Process Technician role based in Easton, PA for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure stable processes and consistent part quality. Daily tasks include performing start-ups and changeovers, optimizing process parameters, and responding to machine or process issues during production. The role also involves inspecting parts for defects, documenting process settings and production data, performing routine equipment checks, and coordinating with quality and maintenance teams. The technician will support training of machine operators, follow all safety and housekeeping procedures, and help drive continuous improvement in cycle times, scrap rates, and overall efficiency. Qualifications * Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve process, machine, and tooling issues rapidly. * Candidates should possess Quality Control skills.
