Status: Full-Time

Compensation: 30% of Collections OR $1,100 Daily Guarantee (whichever is higher)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, patient-focused General Dentist to join our practice on a full-time, independent contractor (1099) basis. This opportunity offers high earning potential with a guaranteed safety net, full clinical autonomy, and a steady, established patient base. We welcome foreign-trained dentists and clinicians requiring visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Financial Highlights

  • Daily Guarantee: $1,100 per day (guaranteed minimum)

  • Production/Collection Pay: 30% of net collections

  • Earning Potential: High-volume patient flow allowing you to easily exceed the daily guarantee
