Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) - Multiple Massachusetts Locations

Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Current SLP openings available in:
Brockton, Chelsea, Great Barrington, Haverhill, Lenox, Middleboro, North Adams, Pittsfield, Williamstown, and additional Massachusetts markets.

Note: All current Massachusetts SLP roles require ASHA CCC; CF supervision is not available with our current MA clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive statewide SLP salary range: $40-50/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

Clinical Responsibilities
โข Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans
โข Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting
โข Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems
โข Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
โข Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence
โ Required Qualifications
โข Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master's program
โข Active Massachusetts SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure
โข Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets
โข Authorized to work in the United States
