Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

- Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
- Effective communicator with students, families, and school multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct in-person therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support classroom integration and accommodations
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in communication needs and therapy interventions
- Engage with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover of strategies and skill development
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
