**UP TO $3,500 SIGN ON BONUS (based on experience)**

Commercial Service amp; Repair | Full-Time

HVAC Unlimited is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to handle service, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems. This is a great opportunity for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys complex systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on RTUs, split systems, and more
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work with building managers and contractors
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial systems (RTUs, controls, etc.)
