Hagler Heating and Cooling has been serving Ozark and the surrounding communities since 2000. We specialize in residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, providing dependable installation, repair, and maintenance services to local homeowners.

We're adding an HVAC Installation Technician to our team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to continue developing their skills in the HVAC trade.

What You'll Do
  • Install residential heating and air conditioning equipment according to company standards
  • Complete installations with attention to quality, safety, and detail
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area
  • Communicate with customers throughout the installation process
  • Explain equipment and services to homeowners when appropriate
  • Follow established installation procedures and company expectations
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the installation team
  • Help deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • EPA Universal Certification, or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to attend training classes, seminars, and other development opportunities
  • Formal HVAC training or technical education is preferred

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, full-time, with occasional overtime as needed.

Pay: Up to $21/hour based on experience + Spiffs
