Full Time CRNA Position $260,000 annual compensation  No Call Full Benefits Package! 

LifeLinc Anesthesia is seeking a skilled aCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Trinity Surgery Center (Southern Eye Institute) in Greenville, South Carolina. This full-time opportunity offers $260,000 in annual compensation with a predictable schedule and no call, providing an outstanding work-life balance in a high-quality outpatient setting. 

CRNAs in this role provide high-quality, cost-effective anesthesia care in an autonomous yet highly collaborative environment, practicing at the top of their license while supported by a strong, team-oriented culture. In addition to routine clinical responsibilities, the CRNA will support and participate in quality and safety initiatives, working closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and facility leadership to promote consistent, efficient, and patient-centered anesthetic care. 

About the Facility 

Trinity Surgery Center (Southern Eye Institute) is a well-established outpatient surgical facility in Greenville, South Carolina, recognized for efficient OR workflows, strong physician relationships, and a commitment to clinical excellence. CRNAs at this site benefit from a stable weekday schedule, no call requirements, and a supportive clinical culture that values autonomy, teamwork, and high-quality patient care. 

Schedule: 

Monday through Friday, No call, No Weekends.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties: 

  • The CRNA must function as a collaborator and team member toaccomplishapplicable goals and functions ofLifeLinc. 
  • Develop standards for continuity of care and case management. 
  • Remainscognizantof rules and regulation as they pertain to the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists andremainscompliant at a local, state, and federal level. 

 

Clinical Duties: 

The CRNA scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Performing andtimelyand accuratelydocumentingapre-anesthetic assessmentsandpatientevaluations, including requesting consultations and diagnostic studies; selecting, obtaining, ordering, or administering pre-anesthetic medications and fluids; and obtaining informed consent for anesthesia. 
  • Theday-to-dayresponsibility of the CRNA for this position will be toprovide professionalanesthesiaservices to patientsin accordance withthe standard of care and state and federal laws and may include any ofall ofthe following: 
  • Managing a patient's airway. 
  • Managing emergence and recovery from anesthesia. 
  • Releasing or discharging patients from a post-anesthesia carearea, andproviding post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care related to anesthesia side effects or complications. 
  • Responding to emergency situations by providing airway management, administration of emergency fluids or drugs, or using basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques. 
  • Additional nurse anesthesia responsibilities which are within the expertise of the individual CRNA. 

Communication: 

  • Attends meetings as needed 
  • Works with peers to obtain required information ona timelybasis and to solve outstanding issues, asappropriate. 
  • Promotes and contributes positively to the teamwork of the department byassistingcoworkers, contributingideasand problem-solving with co-workers. 
Qualifications

Education and experience equivalent to:

The Nurse Anesthetist shall be a Graduate of an approved school of nursing and a graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. The CRNA will have successfully completed the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Certification or its predecessor's.

Additional Qualifications

  • At least two years of independent experience
  • ACLS/BLS/PALS certification
