Litigation Paralegal

Location Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule
• $34–$38 per hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday


Role Impact
The Litigation Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting high-volume litigation matters related to default servicing, foreclosure, title, and creditor rights. This position ensures legal accuracy, procedural compliance, and timely case progression from inception through resolution. Success in this role means proactively managing caseloads, protecting client interests, and driving efficient litigation outcomes with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume litigation caseloads involving mortgage banking, consumer finance, real estate finance, foreclosure, and creditor rights matters
• Draft complaints, motions, disclosures, discovery responses, and other pleadings with minimal attorney supervision
• Coordinate hearings, court deadlines, and case milestones in both state and federal courts
• Review loan and title documents to identify potential legal action and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
• Serve as liaison between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors


Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience; experience in default servicing, foreclosure, creditor rights, or real estate litigation strongly preferred
• Proficiency drafting litigation pleadings, motions, disclosures, and discovery with limited oversight
• Working knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and electronic filing systems

• Electronic court filing platforms (state and federal)
• LPS, Legal Tracker, TEMPO, VendorScape, or similar systems preferred
