Job Details Salary: From $45,000 to $60,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Location: Woodside, NY 11377 Key Responsibilities Manage and develop HR policies, procedures, and systems. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and interviewing candidates. Maintain applicant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct professional and engaging onboarding for new employees. Maintain personnel files and perform monthly audits to comply with federal and state laws. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and experience. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee disciplinary actions. Manage employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination and severance letters. Administer compensation and benefits plans, including annual open enrollment and employee communication. Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 requirements and conduct periodic audits. Maintain compliance with state-specific human resource laws and legislation. Compile and report statistical data to agencies such as EEOC, OSHA, and DOL as required. Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment through daily activities and employee engagement. Represent the company professionally with clients, staff, and external partners, demonstrating excellent customer service. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Participate actively in meetings and training sessions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Three to five years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a management or supervisory role, or equivalent education and experience. Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
