The Talent Service Coordinator supports QVC, and provides excellent customer service to QVC internal and external partners.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
  • You will be full-time and the role will require open availability as the schedule can include day or night shifts, weekends and weekdays, as well as holidays.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the in-studio experience of the hosts, guest teams, and models
  • Support all backstage teams by processing and communicating informational changes promptly.
  • Get the guests and hosts ready before going on air.
  • Work audio and engineering to report and trouble shoot mic issues along with other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Resolve challenging situations that arise and may directly affect the live show.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, Business, Television, Broadcasting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • RECENT and DEMONSTRATED 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure, Customer Service or Studio Environment required.
