  • Friday – Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview
A private family in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to care for their home and assist with childcare. The residence is approximately 7,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and the family includes three children (preschool-age, toddler, and infant). The ideal candidate is organized, nurturing, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high level of cleanliness and care in a busy household.
The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and confident managing both childcare and housekeeping tasks, and comfortable working collaboratively with the live-in full-time housekeeper.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and laundry
  • Maintain the home’s overall organization and cleanliness at all times
  • Assist with meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
  • Support childcare needs, including supervision, engaging activities, and routines for young children
  • Ensure the home is always tidy, organized, and family-ready
  • Care for fine furnishings and delicate surfaces appropriately
  • Run local errands as needed
  • Assist with family routines, coordinating with parents to provide a supportive and positive home environment
  • Assist with light cooking family meals, and snacks for the kids.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in private homes with both housekeeping and childcare responsibilities
  • Experience caring for multiple young children
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic household
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
