Job description

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 3rd shift (11: 00 pm-7:30 am), including weekends and holidays for 40-48 hours per week

Weekly overtime paid 1 hourly rate; double pay for working holidays

The Heritage at Brentwood is a premier senior living community looking for full-time hospitality-focused Community Courtesy Officer (CCO) to assist residents and serve as a trusted resource for 24/7 safety and security in our senior living community and skilled nursing facility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role
  • Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property
  • Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms
  • Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility
  • Assists with badge system and door accesses
  • Performs light preventive maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in the State of Tennessee required or eligible to become licensed
  • At least one years' experience in security preferred
  • High level of interpersonal and customer service skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
