Reports complaints, grievances, and events out of the ordinary in the risk events application Identifies opportunities to improve the patient and their families' experience with the Organization, aimed at preventing events that have a negative impact on patient care Identifies opportunities to improve the patient and their families' experience with the Organization, aimed at preventing events that have a negative impact on patient care Demonstrates the ability to maintain good relationships, face to face and over the phone. Must comply with proper phone etiquette. Assists with assessing educational needs in clinical areas and develops educational content aligning with organizational goals and evidence-based practice guidelines. Researches literature and facility policy to ensure educational efforts are aligned with best practices. Develops and delivers educational content aligning with the Education Department and organization's goals and initiatives Facilitates scheduled educational activities/inservices and also provides just-in-time training on the patient care units as opportunities arise Maintains accurate and organized records of learning activities Assists in ongoing development of overall education plan and specific initiatives for the organization Provides immediate service recovery using the ACT Recovery Model as needed under the guidance of the Supervisor.
