Its brands, DEVOUCOUX, CWD, and BUTET, are partners of the best international riders and at the cutting edge of technology, making LIM Group a saddler recognized worldwide.
As a partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities, we are looking for a Workshop Coordinator and Supervisor in Wellington, FL .
What you'll be doing is...After being trained and directly reporting to your Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to):
1. Assess saddles and determine the necessary actions to be taken
2. Determine what parts are needed to fulfill certain operations
3. Ensure the team is performing well and in line of the set objectives
4. Review individual repairs for any mistakes
Requirements
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
