As a Lead Respiratory Therapist, you will:
Conduct and oversees daily operations efficiently.
Distribute the shift assignments.
Ensure that the staff is following proper policies and procedures when performing tasks.
Communicate with patients, families, coworkers and appropriate disciplines to provide total care for the patients and o0ptimal outcomes.
Round on their assigned staff members quarterly.
Manage resources to include staffing and equipment.
Ensure that the huddle is done prior to each shift.
Execute all other duties
Qualifications include:
Graduate of AMA approved respiratory program
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle multi-taskings
Proficient in basic PC skills such as windows and excel.
Must have at least 3 yrs of Level III NICU experience.
Minimum formal education required, an associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum years of 3 yrs supervisory/management experience required
Will obtain an advanced certification within 1 yr of hire.
NRP certifications required
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Hours per Week: 36hrs/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 7AM-7:30 PM Monday through Friday

Weekend Requirements: Required to work every third weekend
Holiday Requirements: Required/Rotating /Follow company holiday calendar

Pay Range:

$37.17 - $55.76
