Be the Driving Force Behind In-Store Success

American Home Remodeling is hiring a full-time Field Training Representative to lead in-store support and drive lead generation success at Home Depot locations across Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with store staff and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit 3 Home Depot locations per day within your assigned territory
  • Train Home Depot associates on how to identify and refer bathroom remodeling leads
  • Meet with store leadership teams, including Specialty Assistant Managers, to ensure consistent support and performance
  • Log and track all training sessions and lead generation results using provided tools
  • Maintain a consistent, professional in-store presence that reflects AHR standards
  • Support lead generation efforts at weekend home shows, community events, and local fairs
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the Field Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or training preferred
