What You'll Do:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll play a vital role in building our innovative accessibility products. Using various tools and detailed work instructions, you'll ensure every part is assembled with care and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity
  • Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency
  • Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed
  • Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage
  • Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organized
  • Participating in training and cross-training as needed
