Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Recruit top-tier caregivers, CNA's, CMA's, and RN's who are passionate about making a difference

  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and New Hire Orientations with heart and precision

  • Collaborate with our amazing office team to support staffing needs and match clients with the right care professionals

  • Strive to meet and exceed recruitment goals with your persistent, winning attitude 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous recruiting, HR, sales, or healthcare experience is preferred

  • Comfortable with outbound calling, building rapport, and following up on leads

  • Organized, self-motivated, and ready to help take our Care Team to the next level

  • Passion for helping others and being part of a mission-driven team

  • Ability to handle tough conversations and provide coaching to field staff as needed

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
