About the Role:
Join Jarme Home and Healthcare Services as a Data Analyst and Record Management professional, where your analytical skills will help us enhance our healthcare services in the Bronx, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline data collection processes.
  • Generate reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Implement data management best practices to enhance data integrity.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in training staff on data management tools and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all data handling processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or record management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
