Healing Touch Physical Therapy is on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted partner in the wellness journeys of various patients, guiding them toward restored mobility and enhanced quality of life. Your contributions will focus on promoting movement capabilities through a spectrum of care including prevention, diagnosis, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Located in Arlington, Virginia, Healing Touch Physical Therapy is recognized for its patient-centered care approach. Our facility operates within a vibrant rehabilitation environment, emphasizing a holistic method that prioritizes each individual's unique needs. Our dedicated team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to every patient.

This is an onsite position at our modern rehabilitation facility, where teamwork and collaboration thrive. Working alongside fellow rehabilitation professionals, you will engage in an encouraging atmosphere that fosters professional development and innovation in therapeutic techniques. Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Assess and understand the individual objectives and requirements of each patient, ensuring you tailor your approach accordingly.
• Manage a patient load that averages one individual per hour, allowing for an in-depth and personalized treatment experience.
• Implement evidence-based therapies that effectively enhance clients' range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medication.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans leveraging diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs that focus on improving specific aspects of health, such as strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery journey, providing encouragement, education, and guidance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment that aligns with patients' overall health goals.
• Document patient progress accurately and continually evaluate treatment outcomes to adapt plans as necessary.

Our patient population spans a diverse demographic, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other mobility-related issues. You will engage with patients of all ages, each with unique challenges and goals. Your role will be critical in helping patients regain their functional abilities and improving their overall quality of life.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records and progress tracking.

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic interventions and patient engagement strategies that align with best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
