HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the Machining Department and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing setting including CNC's, routers, wide-belt sanders, and edgebanders.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
  • Ability to follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Experience with hand tools.
  • Machine Operating experience preferred but not required.

Salary Range:
