Halco is looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our residential remodeling and design-build projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects organized, communicates well with both clients and teams, and takes pride in making sure details don’t fall through the cracks.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting our Designers, Project Managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients by helping maintain operational flow from project start to completion.
If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoy balancing coordination, communication, and problem-solving, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
·      Coordinate material purchasing and order tracking for remodeling projects
·      Maintain visibility on delivery schedules, backorders, damaged items, and replacements
·      Open and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
·      Update and maintain Buildertrend schedules and project records
·      Prepare and organize project documentation and job files
·      Print and distribute project and design packets for subcontractors and field teams
·      Coordinate communication between Designers, Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
·      Assist with showroom support, incoming calls, and customer service communication
·      Track warranty materials and replacement items
·      Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation
·      Complete timesheet coordination and reporting for Project Management approval
·      Help maintain organization and operational continuity across multiple active projects
What You Bring
·      2+ years of experience in construction coordination, operations, administrative support, purchasing, or customer service preferred
·      Experience in residential remodeling, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or construction environments strongly preferred
·      Strong organizational and multitasking skills
·      High attention to detail and follow-through
·      Professional written and verbal communication skills
·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
·      Strong customer service mindset
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
·      Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is a plus
·      A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
