Carpenter (Tier 1 Field Team)
Pay Range: $25$35 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2

Halco is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our field team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and wants clear opportunity for growth.

What Youll Do
  • Perform rough, finish, or general carpentry work on residential remodeling and design-build projects
  • Work independently once scope and direction are provided
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Maintain strong quality and safety standards
  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
  • Support daily production goals
  • Step up to guide other Tier 1 team members when needed
  • Communicate clearly with Lead Carpenters and supervisors
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of residential carpentry experience
  • Experience in framing, finish carpentry, or both
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Professional communication and team mindset
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Personal hand tools (company provides power tools)
