CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to putting time on the side of women, babies, and families at the healthcare moments that matter most in life. As a division of CooperCompanies, we're driven by a unified purpose to enable patients to experience life's beautiful moments. Guided by our shared values - dedicated, innovative, friendly, partners, and do the right thing - our offerings support patients throughout their lifetimes, from contraception to fertility and birth solutions, to women's and family care, and beyond. We currently offer over 600 clinically relevant medical devices to healthcare providers, including testing and treatment options, as well as an innovative suite of assisted reproductive technology and genomic testing solutions. Learn more at www.coopersurgical.com.

This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for future sponsorship (i.e., H1B, STEM OPT extensions, TN, etc.)

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field
  • Deep expertise in data cleaning, SQL, and backend data work

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Data Implementation Analyst to join CooperSurgical and help build Embryo Options, the first business of its kind to help guide patients through the process of storing cryopreserved embryos, eggs, and sperm. You Will:

  • Own data ingestion, validation, and transformation processes
  • Clean, analyze, and transform clinic cryo-storage data from disparate, unstructured sources like Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, and CSV
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to communicate any data issues back to IVF clinics and EMR providers
  • Provide clear, reproducible analysis to help answer business questions for IVF centers and our product team
  • Collaborate with our product team to identify new application features that help IVF centers better understand their patient data
  • Act as data lead during customer implementations by maintaining clear documentation and timelines for data related workstreams
  • Partner directly with customers to understand current data structures, diagnose quality issues and set expectations on reporting capabilities.
  • Help define standards for clean data, documentation and identify opportunities for automation
