What does a full-time gym employee do?

A full-time gym employee typically oversees the daily operations of a fitness facility. Their responsibilities can include assisting members with equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, conducting tours, handling memberships, and sometimes leading group fitness classes. They also provide customer service, ensure equipment is functioning properly, and may help with administrative tasks. Full-time gym staff play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for members.
