Diamond Path Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our skilled team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.
  • Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage regularly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients, attending case reviews and team meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and client trust.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our target client population includes individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come from backgrounds with limited access to mental health resources, making our services instrumental in their personal development and emotional healing.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of mental health counseling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with diverse client populations.
