Job description

SiteBoss, Nubble Site Solutions, Precision ProFile, and NextDayGPS are tightly integrated small businesses with shared ownership based out of Southern Maine.
SiteBoss is now seeking an Inside Sales Representative (contract with potential for full-time employment based on goal achievement). Our marketing efforts have successfully and exponentially increased the need for a Sales Rep to handle our inbound warm leads. A competent and driven professional will have no problem selling the easiest to use construction staking GPS on the market.
Sales reps will be tasked with contacting incoming web marketing, and social media leads, initiating warm calls, as well as occasional off-site visits, and demos. Leads may also be cultivated through tradeshows, repeat business and referrals. Someone with basic sales skills and a technical knowledge base will be successful in the position. A background in either construction staking/layout, construction GPS, and/or an understanding of surveying is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with our Marketing and Sales Manager to organize, track, and communicate with warm leads (potential for an occasional cold call to pursue customers will be atypical).
  • Effectively organize and take notes of lead interactions in the CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Accurately represent, and predominantly sell construction staking GPS (check us out SiteBoss.com and NextDayGPS.com).
  • Sales profile will also include lasers and machine control systems; however the focus will be GPS Rovers and Base/Rovers.
  • Train, support, and sometimes deliver onsite to customers on entry & mid-level products sold.
  • Occasional site visits may be required to provide demos or delivery/training.
  • Domestic travel approximately 2x per year (typically trade show exhibitions).
  • Communicate directly and openly with owners and managers while simultaneously working independently.
  • Establish positive relationships with each customer interaction.

Requirements:
  • Highly self-motivated, target driven, sales experience is a plus.
  • MUST HAVE knowledge of Construction or Construction GPS and Machine Control.
  • Valid driver’s license required with good driving record.
  • Must be Self-Motivated, Reliable (reporting required), Responsible, and Professional.
  • Must be self-sufficient and capable of working with a hands-off management style.

Benefits:
  • Standard benefits available if moved to full-time (401K, Health Insurance, PTO).

Job Type: Full-time on-site at our York, ME office
Potential for work from home dependent on Construction Staking GPS Sales experience, pay would be 100% commission based
Base Salary + Commissions: $80,000.00 - $100,000 (base salary + commission will be determined based on Construction/Construction GPS knowledge)
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 7am to 4pm with potential after hours if needed.Â
