Location: Expanded DFW Area
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are a RV dealership with physically diverse locations spread across the expanded DFW area with eyes on the company continuing to expand. We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT infrastructure as we expand our company. You will join an IT dept and will contribute by assisting with O365 management, Ring Central, workstation deployment, user creation and deletion, printers, networking and other associated jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain and watch for security issues in Microsoft Office 365 and associated cloud applications
Deploy user workstations with the goal to automate most to all of the deployment in the future
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Implement security measures, including patches, backups, and disaster recovery plans
Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Automate routine tasks using scripts and tools
Document system configurations and procedures
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues
Should be okay with travelling between the office locations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a System Administrator
Self-starter with a proactive, get-things-done attitude and the ability to work independently
Strong knowledge of Windows environments
Strong knowledge of Office 365
Strong knowledge of Ring Central
Experience with printers
Experience with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
Strong organizational and communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Autopilot and Intune experience
