Job description

Seasonal Full Time Gate Attendant

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Seasonal full time Gate Attendant. This position pays $20.65/hour and is located at SeaTac Service Center 2006 S.146th St., Seatac, WA 98168.

The Gate Attendant will primarily maintain the return lanes. The Gate Attendant also performs regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), moves vehicles to designated areas based on service needs, and performs other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for assisting in the managing and directing of traffic in our return lanes and ensuring safety and organization are top of mind.

Schedule:

  • Saturday-Wednesday: 5:30am-2:00pm

The season starts as early as May 1st and will go through October 28th.

Responsibilities

  • Sort & track vehicle issues as they approach the gate to ensure they are directed to the right location and documented
  • Secure the gate to ensure unauthorized individuals are not admitted and unauthorized vehicles are not permitted to leave the lot area
  • Communicate with service center management on gate issues, lot overflows, back-ups, and incidents.
  • Responsible for lot organization and movement of vehicles
  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols, clean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum interior, floor, seats, windows, and tires
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
  • Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
  • May assist with local automobile deliveries
  • May assist with photo taking of vehicles
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid US drivers license for at least 1yr
  • Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
