Job Summary:
Neros Technologies is a defense technology company focused on rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. As an Autonomy Simulation Engineer, you will own the internal simulation stack used to develop, test, and validate autonomous systems, improving how Neros deploys future products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Unreal Engine simulation content, environments, and assets
• Design scalable simulation infrastructure for nightly regression, containerized runs, and hardware-in-the-loop testing
• Use simulation to debug issues across the full autonomy stack and drive fixes to internal software
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience coding in C++/Python/C# or developing video-games
• Experience with Unreal Engine, UE Plugin development, or existing simulation plugins like AirSim
• Experience with video game assets
