What You'll Do
As a Senior Experiential Producer, you lead complex, high-visibility activations, overseeing production from concept through execution. You are both a creative problem-solver and operational expert, ensuring work delivers against client objectives while maintaining production excellence.
You also play a key role in developing team capability-mentoring producers and coordinators while driving consistency in process and execution.
The Senior Producer will oversee experiential production for a top-tier spirits brand involved in major music festivals and prominent cultural happenings across the sports and entertainment sectors. A background in the spirits industry and familiarity with the festival circuit are highly desirable for this role.
Employment Structure
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Production & Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end production across complex, multi-market, or large-scale activations.
  • Maintain oversight of projects from pitch through final delivery.
  • Establish and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment across teams and partners.
  • Supervise onsite execution, including partners, vendor teams and production staff.

Client & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead production-specific client communication with clarity and authority.
  • Partner with account, strategy, and creative to define production approach.
  • Articulate production vision, timelines, and execution plans to stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Manage budgets ranging from ~$250K to $2M+.
  • Develop production team staff plans.
  • Oversee estimates, vendor costs, and reconciliation.
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements across workflows and vendor processes.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and review work of producers and coordinators.
  • Drive consistency in templates, documentation, and best practices.
  • Support team development through coaching and feedback.

Innovation & Culture
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in event design and execution.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Advanced production leadership across large-scale experiential programs.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence clients and teams.
  • Skilled at balancing creative ambition with executional feasibility.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in experiential, live events, or brand activations
  • Significant experience working with spirits clients in the music festival circuit
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex productions.
  • Solid knowledge of permitting, ROS management, show calling, and talent handling.
  • Strong and consistent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

The monthly pay range for this position is $10,000 - 12,000. The full time salary range is $105,000 - 123,000 per year.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
