SUMMARY
The Table Games Supervisor monitors and maintains the integrity of all Casino table games. They efficiently manage and supervise Casino personnel in a positive and motivating manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment for the guests.
Supervise, coach, instruct and direct dealers in proper procedures of appropriate aspects of table games operations including but not limited to correction of errors, recommendations of disciplinary actions and following of rules, regulations, and procedures.
Ensure that dealers are providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to guests, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
Ensure the protection and integrity of the games, currency, cheques and chips, playing cards and other gaming related equipment.
Track and document play including but not limited to buy-in, average bets, time played, and win/loss.
Use a computer to perform player rating process, review credit/marker requests and to request a fill/credit, or to review remarks screen.
Complete daily/monthly reports and card inventories.
Complete correspondence, team members discipline and evaluations, communicate with superiors, guests and other team members.
Contact surveillance and/or shift manager if questionable transactions have occurred and/or at appropriate win/loss levels.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of all games in assigned section, both at the dealer and guest levels.
Ensures that the Table Games pit and assigned games always meet the highest level of cleanliness.
Verifies cheque inventories for opening and closing of games. Pencil responsibilities.
Monitoring and managing staffing levels and labor costs and optimizing utilization of assigned pit(s) including adjusting table minimums and maximum bet levels.
Adhere to all game controls and procedures as outlined in the dealer and supervisor department manual and ensure dealers comply with same.
Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Know and comply with all Gaming Regulations.
Communicate effectively with guests, team Members and management in English both written and verbally.
Must offer the highest possible level of guest service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.
Thorough knowledge of blackjack, carnival games, roulette and at least one of the following: Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Tiles.
Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required.
Must have the following skills: clerical, analyzing, supervising, instructing, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, and decision making.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Table Games Dealer and 1 year of supervisory experience or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.


CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License & Alcohol Awareness card.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally sitting, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, and constantly standing and walking during the duration of their shift.
Must be able to push/pull 25lbs or less frequently.
The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both feet. Team member will occasionally have repetitive use of both hands and light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be frequently required.
Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work performed indoors and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others around computer equipment, mechanical devices, and other electrical devices.
