You perform opening and closing procedures, and make nightly cash deposits as needed. With attention to detail, you complete reports such as donation counts, readings, daily business statements, deposits, and cash drawer balances.You inspect textiles, items, and goods to determine sale ability. You then sort, hang, tag, price, and prepare these items for resale throughout the day. You also help promote the development of service participants. You are committed to safety and help keep your work area clean and void of hazards as well as operate equipment with attention to safe operating procedures. You feel great about the vital role you play in supporting our mission of serving the community. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL KEYHOLDER/SHIFT SUPERVISORAbility to lift and move up to 30 lbs.Able to operate cash register, perform stock duties and provide customer serviceAbility to drive and carry a valid driver's license and proof of insurance (preferred)Basic mathematical skillsPrevious supervisory experience in customer service with retail or food service experience is highly desirable.
