In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor-delivering tailored solutions, driving long-term value, and helping our clients succeed while fueling the growth of our HVAC business. What You'll Do
  • Lead with a Safety-First mindset across every task.
  • Manage and grow long-term partnerships with key HVAC clients (focus on large retail accounts).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring solutions are delivered seamlessly.
  • Understand client technical needs for industrial HVAC and deliver customized solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, service, finance, and product teams to drive customer success.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize revenue.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and site visits.
